Booking Policy
To make a firm booking please call us on 01993 832332 during opening hours (12-2:30 and 5:30 onwards / closed Mondays). We will take your credit / debit card details to secure the reservation but no payment will be taken until your departure (unless you cancel at short notice).
Cancellation Policy
Less than 48 hours notice we will charge 50%.
Less than a week's notice we will charge 20%.
More than a week there will be no charge.
